Royson James had a headline story in the Star about some clown who interrupted a British ceremony celebrating the end of the slave trade. James had the utmost sympathy for him and thinks an apology for slavery is long overdue.

Maybe instead some time and effort might be more useful for those putting so much effort into demanding an apology to rather focus on Darfur, Sudan, Somalia, Mugabe, and convincing Mbeki that aids is real.
