Some judges now feel that access to the legal system is out of reach for most people (those that can't get legal aid). Well maybe if it was operated like OHIP it would be accessible to everyone and the idiotic fees would be reduced. And if cases stopped being remanded it would certainly speed up the process. Maybe one day we will have a justice system instead of a legal system.
