Outdoor rinks

The City of Toronto has closed most outdoor rinks just before March Break - way to go boneheads in Parks and Rec. Can't reopen them because staff was let go and equipment put away. Can't read a longterm weather forecast or calendar eh?

Gord Perks, City Killer Miller's chief ass kisser brings up Case Ootes voting record about rink closings in the past as a distraction. Same Perks who said they can't be bothered saving small amounts of money because they have to look at the big budget. How did this dickhead ever get elected?
